Question 2. "Has the legal involvement concluded? Where do we go from here?"

Answer: Legal involvement has not concluded. The Board is pursuing several avenues that as soon as possible the Board will discuss with membership. Given the nature of this situation we can’t make all the information public yet. Legal involvement is definitely costly, but we believe in this cause and intend to continue fighting/standing up for what is right.
