Answer: Mr. Blundo believes he has a right to do the actions he is undertaking, and that is to refuse accepting the results of the election and attempt to maintain control over MMHCA by appointing his own board. At this time, Mr. Blundo has not initiated any legal action; he is refusing to turn over control of a non-profit organization. Mr. Blundo continues to send defamatory emails about our elected volunteer Board to counselors around the State of Michigan. He has repeatedly tried to fraudulently convince members to pay their dues to him and his group via PayPal.
