3. Membership Status and Dues:
Answer: We hear you, and we completely understand how confusing this situation can be. It's frustrating to receive conflicting information from different sources. Rest assured, we're working hard to clarify the situation and provide accurate information.
As stated in some earlier questions:
MMHCA has the current member records and DBA Michigan LPCs does not. As mentioned elsewhere, that’s why they are trying to confuse people because they don’t know when memberships expire (or even who is a current member) because they do NOT have access to the current member records.
Contrary to what Mr. Blundo has said both on video and in writing, there are no problems with the online membership management and payment receiving system (Neon) that the elected Board of MMHCA uses. Mr. Blundo is trying to convince members to pay their dues to a PayPal account that he controls rather than to MMHCA. People have been confused by his emails.
